The hotel's location is perfect, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city while still being conveniently close to Kandy's main attractions. The lush green surroundings and the charming architecture of the cabanas create a tranquil ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The staff at Kandy Cabana Hotel deserves special commendation. They were not only courteous but went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Their local insights and willingness to assist with any request added a personal touch to the service.

Great service and great food! Butler service is exceptional and all our needs were met within minutes. We traveled with our family of four and I must say this place is a gem away from the busy city life. Beautiful views and very calm environment surrounded by nature. Staff very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The service was that of a five start hotel standard. About half hour drive from Kandy, it's located by the Mahaweli river and has a beautiful pool. Special thanks goes to our Butler Mayantha for being very professional and giving us a five star experience. Definitely recommended.

We have been there from India celebrating our Anniversary and can't forget all personalized efforts the staff made to make us feel special on the special day, my bad.. as I writing review after a while, not able to recall the name of person, many Thanks, god bless!! Would recommend the Kandy Cabana very highly.

The rooms are really beautiful. The staff are so nice and well organised. There is one guy that does literally everything for you. We really liked the calm and the view on the river. We stayed there to make some trips around kandy which was really good for it. The Center of Kandy is not really nice so this place was perfect to chillout. We really liked our stay! We got the food served in the room every day which was nice.
